Lead Buoy × WrightLabs

The right help. The next step.Followed through.

Connect Lead Buoy’s property data to a better first conversation, useful homeowner education, and a human who owns what happens next.

Built around the app you and Clark already created.
The proposed journey01 / CONNECT
01 / Start with a record

A useful connection starts here.

Lead Buoy provides the record. Case freshness, contact permissions, and suppression checks determine the allowed next step.

Send information

On an approved contact path, ask permission to send useful information. Record the agreed channel, deliver the resource page, and offer the requested professional introduction. Lead Buoy receives the outcome, owner, and next action.

Speak to a person

Capture the question and offer the agreed AI-to-human transfer. If the person is unavailable, arrange the requested callback and assign an owner. Lead Buoy keeps the question and next step visible.

No thanks

End respectfully, record the stop request, and confirm the relevant suppression updates. No unwanted follow-up or professional introduction is queued.

“Can we send you useful information?”
Let that be the first yes.

The opening you described on our call. Education first; the homeowner chooses what happens next.
01 / The first build

Make the missing
connection work.

One focused Broward workflow, built with Clark: a permitted conversation, an agreed next step, and a useful result inside Lead Buoy.

01 / CONVERSATION

A front desk with
the right words.

Approved answers, short questions, interruption handling, and a clean transfer from AI to Alexis or the right professional.

Deliverable: one approved script, intake flow, and human handoff.
02 / EDUCATION

Something helpful
to send.

A simple homeowner resource page: clear options, trusted contacts, and a way to request a conversation. Follow-up uses the channel they agree to.

Deliverable: one approved resource page and permission-based follow-up path.
03 / ACCOUNTABILITY

The result goes
back to Lead Buoy.

See permission, questions, the assigned person, appointment status, and next action. An unanswered handoff stays visible.

Deliverable: one app connection with notes, owner, and next step.

OUTREACH DEPENDENCY / Your current cold records have not opted in. DNC screening alone does not authorize AI outbound calls. We’ll resolve the permitted contact path before activation, while building the integration and incoming-call experience.

02 / The partnership opportunity

One working market.
A system worth repeating.

Your network gives this room to grow. A consistent homeowner experience and accountable agent handoffs make that growth manageable.

FIRST / BROWARD

Prove the connection.

Measure useful conversations, permission to follow up, accepted handoffs, and reliable app updates against today’s process.

NEXT / AGENT NETWORK

Make every referral visible.

Agent onboarding, territory routing, acceptance tracking, and biweekly update reminders. Draft notes from recorded activity; flag missing information.

LATER / REPEATABLE GROWTH

Give each market a playbook.

Homeowner portals, local professional directories, agent system packages, and approved educational video campaigns.

How the partnership could grow commercially

You described agent memberships to support operations and a 25% agent-commission referral arrangement. The system can make assignments, activity, and outcomes easier to reconcile under the agreed brokerage terms. Membership pricing, agreements, and any WrightLabs partner compensation remain to be defined.

Individual agents and connected businesses could separately engage WrightLabs for their own systems. These are future opportunities, with separate scope, support, and pricing. Lead Buoy and existing brokerage tools stay central to the integration plan.

03 / Smart additions, in order

More reach.
More useful follow-through.

Add each layer when the core process shows where it will help.

EDUCATION THAT TRAVELS

Short videos.
Clear next steps.

Turn your approved expertise into short explainers for the resource page, email, and social. Melissa’s video ideas become a consistent education series.

BETTER CHANNEL DECISIONS

Connect email
and postcards.

Attribute replies and appointments to each channel. Use actual responses to shape follow-up and decide where the next dollar goes.

WHEN THE DATA EARNS IT

Useful enrichment.
Trusted introductions.

Compare added contact data with what Lead Buoy already has. Add requested GC or roofer introductions when relevant to the homeowner’s next step.

Additional data does not establish consent or personal intent. These additions are future scope, assessed after the initial pilot.

04 / Starting proposal

The first month.
A concrete proof.

The custom pilot we discussed starts with one end-to-end path. Clark’s walkthrough determines the final integration scope and schedule.

Initial custom pilot · discussed on our call
~$1,000 one-time build

Planning target: the first month.
Final scope and fee confirmed together after the Clark session.

Software subscriptions and phone, AI, SMS, and email usage are separate. This figure covers a bounded pilot; later phases receive their own scope and quote.

  • Define: one Broward use case, contact path, script, handoff, and app field map.
  • Build: the agreed conversation flow, starter resource page, follow-up, and Lead Buoy connection.
  • Prove: one fictional record through to an acknowledged app update; then an authorized controlled pilot.
  • Decide: review conversation quality, cost per accepted handoff, and missing follow-up before expanding.
The free receptionist offer that started our conversation

The original offer was a free AI receptionist setup. We’ll confirm its exact scope and account eligibility with you; the proposed starter covers incoming calls and callbacks. The custom Lead Buoy integration is the separate pilot above. Software and usage are billed separately.

If the agreed account path uses an eligible new HighLevel signup through the WrightLabs referral link, WrightLabs may earn a commission. Confirm the applicable offer terms and fit with your existing tools before signup.

Operating boundaries we will settle before launch

Confirm outreach authority, identity and recording disclosures, opt-outs, approved information, professional routing, and data-sharing rules for the actual campaign. The AI handles intake and approved information; personalized legal, mortgage, valuation, and transaction advice stays with the qualified professional. A request for information does not automatically authorize every future channel.

Agent memberships, brokerage referrals, territory expansion, the full portal, additional data, creative campaigns, and ongoing management are future scope. No national deployment, brokerage endorsement, or business result is assumed.
